• Draft MD & A section of quarterly and annual financial reports • Draft press release • Coordinate with corporate management, US lawyers, transfer agent, printer and auditors regarding the SEC filings • Coordinate board meeting and audit committee meeting, draft board resolutions and meeting memo • Respond to investors’ emails and phone calls, track stock performance, trading record, as well as the investment strategy and style of the key institutional investors

• Written translation of business documents under tight schedule and oral translation in meetings: Translate and edit pitch books, RFPs, Prospectus, due diligence reports, meeting memos, news release, as well as other deal-related documents • Team coordination: Prioritize multiple tasks based on understanding and knowledge about finance and the execution timetable of deals • Internal and external communication to ensure smooth work flow and timely delivery of translation

• Monitor incoming English language financial-related news and translates into Chinese in compliance with Reuters internal criteria for accuracy and speed • Be responsible for proof-reading of the translated work to improve contents where appropriate and ensure correct balance, style, objectivity and reliable sourcing • Coordination with journalists, responding to customers' feedbacks, and evaluating the issues to editors
