Das Amt für Kommunikation (AK) ist die Regulierungs-, Aufsichts- und Verwaltungsbehörde im Bereich der elektronischen Kommunikation im Fürstentum Liechtenstein. Als unabhängige Regulierungsbehörde fördert und überwacht sie einen wirksamen Wettbewerb auf den relevanten Märkten. Dazu führt das AK Marktanalysen durch, ordnet Massnahmen der Sonderregulierung – wie etwa den diskriminierungsfreien Zugang zu Netzen und Diensten – an und überwacht deren Einhaltung.

My role involves developing the building blocks of economic regulation and providing economic advice and analysis on a wide range of topics (including cost models, wholesale and retail regulation, anti-competitive complaints, dispute resolution, market indicators and benchmarking).
