Responsible for management and realization of IT infrastructure projects for all Lufthansa Group: •Develop and support framework for multi-cloud setup and application migration. •Multi Project Management and steering of IT Infrastructure projects within LH Group by: •Project Management for Rollout of “New Digital Workplace” project i(approx 20000 PC's/notebooks) in around 400 locations worldwide.

In this role, I was responsible for introduction and implementation of structured Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) via automated tool within Lufthansa Cargo and act as a pilot for Lufthansa Group. With an automated SRM, Lufthansa Cargo aimed to reduce total cost of ownership (TCO), increase efficiency, consolidate the supply chain and achieve continual improvement of operations. In addition was responsible for procuerment of Ground Handling Services.

Worldwide rollout/Implementation and delivery responsible for the key Cargo Operations platform in more than 200 locations

• Sales, demand and capacity planning • Strategy planning: • Pricing and Profit Steering • Program management

• Process design & mapping to improve KPI for order management and ensure SLA fulfillment. • Vendor and Customer Relationship Management. • Provide Process consultation onsite and offsite. • Train the service teams on work processes flow, conduct workshops via the systemic thinking model.

• IT project management (for world wide locations): o Due diligence o Project Planning o Milestone planning and monitoring o Rollout implementation

• Client and vendor management and coordinate with Headquarters for new projects. • Onsite & Offsite IT Systems support for all locations of LCAG within Asia-Pacific & Africa. • Problem escalation, ensure SLA fulfillment and provide client servicing.
