I have more than 20 years of experience in the IT Business field in Fortune 100 companies. During all these years I have been working in multicultural scenarios, delivering knowledge, strategy, and IT projects to the Americas, Europe, and Asia Pacific regions. Being involved in delivering cross-platform solutions and the same service model for several locations, working on a collaboration with delivery centers in APAC & US region. I worked on developing harmonization and standardization of IT services, platforms, and solutions across different regions following SAFe for Agile framework as well ITIL service management practices. I carry on an ITIL Foundation Certification based on ITIL V3. I have a US (B1/B2) Visa, and I’m an EU citizen. I possess a C1 level in English, a B1 level in German, and I'm a native Spanish speaker.
