Attends groups and event inquiries from telephone calls, emails and fax, preparing and sending proposals, and ensures that all inlines with the revenue strategies, mantains consistent follow ups. Conducts site inspections in the hotel Prepares group and catering agreement/contracts and proforma invoices. Ensures smooth hand over of group/event file to Event Management after the receipt of the signed contract.

Handles and executes complex hotel groups and events, communicating effectively with clients and the Banquet, Kitchen team and all departments involved. Responsible in preparing all event documentation and coordinates with the Hotel team/departments and customers to ensure consistent, high level service throughout pre-event, event and post-event. Recognizes opportunities to maximize revenue by up-selling and offering enhancements to create outstanding events.

Handles and executes hotel small scale events such as board meetings, trainings, seminars, lunches and dinners, working as a liaison between the client and the hotel team, ensuring effective communication, preparing required documentation for a succesful event.
