Responsible for developing, implementing and maintaining sales strategies and tactics for Celgene´s hematology and oncology products (including new indications). Responsible for managing, developing and recruiting the key account managers team. Ensure ongoing efforts to maximize sales force effectiveness by e.g. implementing Strategic Account Management into the organization.
In this role I drive & support the assessment and development of branding strategies for our future pain related brands and create corporate learning programs derived from the corporate strategy. I'm also responsible for recruiting and developing the employees within the department belonging to Brand Excellence
Within Global Commercial Operations I'm heading the department of Communication Services in our Global Brand Division. In Communication Services there are three departments: Conference Management, Brand Education and Communication & Advertising.
