Overseeing the maintainance of training areas throughout Germany totalling 7 sites and approximately 180 km2. Health and safety, environment and fire prevention adviser. Procurement officer. Planning the production and monitoring the output from 18 artisans; including metal smiths, painters, bricklayer, carpenters and plant operators.

Adviser; health and safety, civil labour, and legislation. Liaison officer between the military and civilian staff.

Set up a logistic supply chain for a completely new mobile air defence force. Deputised for the Personnel Officer, controlling HR-hours, discipline and the welfare of 141 personnel. Maintained and accounted for equipment to support over 36 detachments including accommodation, work areas, weapons, ammunition, fuel, food and water.

    Command Post Officer

    In charge of a conversion to a new mobile network system. Primary function is command and control of information and air space management. This entailed converting and training a military unit of 600 personnel with very basic IT experience and writing the standing operating instructions for the system. Responsible for the coordination of fire groups to defend key key formations, ensuring rapid two way communication, supply, and degredation management.

    Carried out trials on the High Velocity Missile Surface to Air Missile System, Air Defence Command Information System (mobile wireless network system) and a new classified voice and data communication system. Undertook training needs analysis (TNA) and produced individual and collective training schedules to meet operational commitments. Using KPIs to evaluate successful training.
