Leading a team to manage administration, e.g. procurement, im-/export, logistics. Responsible for cost controlling and budget projections (>15mCHF). Manage contracts and relationships with ex- / internal customers/vendors. Collect URS on a global level, challenge priorities and documentation. Organise global presentations, demonstration and training. Rollout in Europe, USA and China. Prepared GxP documents.

Coordinating the leadershipteam and oversee the daily operations of the veterinary, technical, husbandry and administrational services in absence of the Head of LAS. Key role as a decision-maker in several projects and organizational changes, e.g. re-homing and relocation process, move facilities into new buildings, adjust and harmonize processes between global and/or local organization. Involved in strategical decision processes.

Data migration. Collect URS, negotiate priority and create UML-documents. Overview agile development process and interact as an interface to the business. Organise testing and prepare roll-out for new software.
