Responsible for research and development with 11 FTE staff. Identification of new technologies and business opportunities using innovation management and a creative professional team to generate maximum added value.

Responsible for trend identification, technical specifications and market introduction of new products. Management responsibility for the test and chemical lab with 4-7 FTE staff. Part of an international engineering team working in a project environment and using 6-sigma methods.

Responsible for technical support for customers, suppliers and internal organization. Identification of technical market trends and translation into new technical specifications. Responsible for the project management and validation of new products and modifications.

Responsible for new product introduction and process optimization for aeronautical turbine seals.
