Draft of project proposals fully covering the technical and financial aspects in the areas of innovation in education, digital learning, collaborative platforms, Gamification etc. Developing Working-Plans and Budgets. Drafting of action plans for the organization’s actions in the frame of EU initiatives. Drafting project Proposals for EU, WB, OECD etc. according to LFA, as per Context and Rationale, Implementation Methodology and stakeholder’s analysis and justification of the activities.

-Planning, organising and monitoring the project activities; -Internal evaluation of activities/results; -Providing and interpreting financial information; -Monitoring and interpreting cash flows and predicting future trends; -analyzing change and advising accordingly;

- assist the Government in enhancing the performance orientation and systematize results monitoring as part of the IPS cycle; - assist the Government's reform efforts initiated to improve the budget and policy planning processes, consolidating institutional ownership and capacity to implement the IPS with a focus on selected line ministries;
