During the project development in Brazil, the company demands a direct contact with suppliers to improve the efficiency of the project steps from the briefing until the project release. In order to improve any weakness points, strengthen the relationship and avoid communication issues, on 2013 I received an invitation to take charge of this core position at CHINA site.

Leader of the new DISHWASHER line (14 new dishwashers) and WINE COOLERS for Brazil market, defining the project objectives and time schedule to achieve the required product briefing and launch date. Act as a PROJECT MANAGER and delegate tasks between R&D, Quality and all other functions.

Manage the COST OUT actions for a product commodity inside the FOOD PREPARATION category. In addition, evaluate the cost out activities for all imported products to Brazil.

LEADER of a product line for Brazil market that is a MULTI-CATEGORY KITCHEN APPLIANCES product portfolio with seven ODM products, including a refrigerator, freestanding oven , microwave oven, built in oven, hood, cooktop and a dishwasher .

DEVELOPMENT of switchgear products(micro-mechanical design) and accessories adapted to the current standards, applications, and testing according the international CERTIFICATIONS body as UL and IEC.
