Main duties: • Prepares the Milestones/Master/Detailed schedules by Primavera P6 for EPC projects (Schedules more than 10,000 activities including Engineering. Procurement, and Construction). • Prepares the Planning Package for major projects including Weekly/Monthly S-Curves reports, Critical Path, Progress Measurement System, and Equipment & Manpower Mobilization. • Uses Pivot Table to manage a huge Production Data of DDC Group to make the reports and monitor the Production Workload and Project Status. •

• Contract drafting between the Bank and the customer, loan agreements. • Support in retrieving customer loan information. Utilize tools such as CIC and Onehousing to understand the customer's creditworthiness as well as the value of the collateral. • Support managers and specialists in evaluating the lending process for individual customers on a weekly basis to enhance and refine the loan process at the Bank.

• Assume responsibility to support ongoing partnership initiatives • Develop good practice and innovative methods to enable partnership opportunities • Support the development and facilitation of joint working to ensure engagement on key priorities and projects • Provides strategic assistance to Project Leader Achievement: Lay foundation for working process with suppliers, build tracking system and develop 18 new suppliers

- Contact, negotiate, and successfully collaborate with a partner on a well-known and cost-effective event platform; 17 media sponsors for an event with over 2000 attendees. - Detailed planning and budget allocation for each department of the event. - Support logistics issues for more than 10 large and small activities within 3 days.
