Provide student-focused insights and recommendations to guide strategic decisions at the University of Amsterdam. Act as a connector between the Executive Board, Central Student Council, and student associations to ensure student voices are represented. Place key student-related topics on the Board’s agenda and advocate for initiatives that enhance the student experience

Coordinate and execute banquets and conferences at Hotel Casa Amsterdam, ensuring client needs are met, as well as acting as a point of contact for clients and providing exceptional service.

Identify, consult and implement solutions to improve Consumer & Customer Care related processes based on suitable technologies and processes. In addition, manage implementation projects so that agreed business benefits can be captured.
