Oversee cellular infrastructure across Kaiser Permanente, including establishing enterprise Plans of Record (POR), Lifecycle strategy, vendor management, carrier partnerships, Passpoint integration, evaluation of new proof-of-technology initiatives, and overall support. Support and evolve the Aruba wireless infrastructure, driving POR development, code upgrade strategies, and assessment of emerging technologies to ensure enterprise readiness and scalability.

Supporting DAS including SOLiD, Commscope, and Cel-Fi. Strong vendor and carrier partnerships to deploy/support at a high level. WLAN Engineering for Kaiser Permanente with focus on Aruba wireless infrastructure. WLAN designs and validations using Ekahau. Worked extensively with Aruba to deploy Air Pass, with a goal to deploy across approximately 900 sites including Hospitals and Admin sites.

• Managing a virtual team spanning multiple states • Consulting with leadership and other groups across Kaiser to identify process and automation opportunities • Developing enterprise BI reporting for metrics, financials, demand forecasts, and various projects • Develop automation to support complex or repetitive activities in the organization: standardization of shared folders, onboarding of new users, data migration from servers in the cloud (BOX, OneDrive)
