MyCom’s PrOptima expert and Incident Manager. Responsible for preparing reports, KPIs, TAPs, ordering and configuring new VTIs in PrOptima. First line of support for our users - focused on solving incidents from the beginning to the end (by myself or by assigning to appropriate group and making sure it’s done). Working with Jira according to ITIL rules.

During my internship in Radio Eska I was working in Broadcast Control Center. Team, I was working with, was monitoring broadcast for all local radio stations and 3 countrywide TV stations from Time S.A. Group. My team was preparing and configuring broadcast computers, checking transmitters statuses and controlling if planned transmission was error-free.

During my internship in Office of Electronic Communications I was a member of team which was controlling all kinds of wireless transmissions (radio stations, mobile networks operators etc.). I was looking for sources of illegal transmissions on law protected frequencies. I also took part in a nationwide project of measuring signal strength and quality of digital television broadcast (DVB-T).
