• Responsible for CAPEX and spare parts sourcing for five Arma Group production companies (Foods, Oils, Soaps & Detergents, Chemicals, and Industries) and Global Glass, including the entire procure-to-pay process. • Managed sourcing and contracting activities for new production lines, ventilation systems, and cooling towers for two new factory start-ups in 2019 and ensured adherence to budget and schedule.
