MettlShreyas joined Mettl as a management trainee. Working with the founders, he had the opportunity to work in Product, Sales, Customer Success, and several founder-led initiatives, such as launching the MVP of the 360 Degree Feedback App (during his stint in the Product Team), and setting up the business in the South and East Asia region, by the localizing the product, and establishing on-ground partners and resellers in addition to direct selling (during his stint in the Sales Team).
