• Manage the day to day operations of the Yahoo! EMEA Search Account Management team, optimizing ROAS and driving category revenue. Ensure employee productivity, happiness and work-life balance. • Responsible for the paid search programs for Y! Search including; planning, budget, pacing and reporting. • Daily and Weekly analyisis of performance KPIs versus plan and outstanding tasks: adjustments as necessary • Conduct team and 1-2-1 meetings, inspire engagement and ensure performance management

• Strategic planning, execution and analysis of integrated online and offline marketing campaigns. • Partner with internal agencies (SEM, Display & Paid Social) and external Media Agencies to source, buy and implement • Manage acquisition budget and purchases and ensure adherence to purchasing policing. • Weekly evaluation of key marketing KPIs • Work with creative to ensure timely delivery of high-quality assets, from writing insightful briefs to submitting creative requests
