Change and Transition Management for a major reorg within Medical Devices IT reaching 1,000 FTE around the globe.

Member of the DACH (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) management board and Medical IT EMEA board. Full IT accountability for Johnson & Johnson MD&D in DACH including budgeting and line management. Interface with and manage strategic relationships with partners. Representation of MD&D in the IT Infrastructure governance group in EMEA and budget accountability for infrastructure in MD&D EMEA.

Represent I/T in the DACH (Germany, Austria & Switzerland) Leadership Team & Campus Board, business planning and business analysis, needs analysis and business risk assessment, consult with business partners to shape demand and determine how to best support the business through the effective use of technology. Interface with and manage strategic relationships with partners (who may be in I/T or the business). Line management of DACH BRM org.

Line Management of the European Solution Delivery team for Order to Invoice Processes. Implement & project manage standardized Oracle Enterprise One 8.12 Customer Services processes in EMEA. Change Management of Solution Delivery O2I organisation from technical to country alignment and of the local businesses through the new processes. Countries delivered successfully: Germany, Austria, Switzerland, UK, Ireland, Scandinavian Cluster, Baltics, Spain and Portugal

Managing the functional support team (4 direct reports, 19 consultants) responsible for the EMEA- wide used EnterpriseOne System with all it's components like DSI and TRAX. Integration of the OCD JDE XE system support into this virtual team and defining a new support strategy together with our strategical partner in Argentina. Comunication and coordination with our internal business partners and external vendors.
