I was responsible for: - Managing sales of Palo Alto Networks, Arista Network and Rubrik solutions in a region. - Collaborating with senior IT executives to establish and execute a sales goal for the region - Forecasting annual, quarterly and monthly sales goals - Educating partners with presentations, seminars and regular meetings - Developing specific plans to ensure growth both long and short-term.

-Managing local Commercial Distributors to drive growth in SMB business through deep engagement and solid rhythm of business. -Developing SMB partner ecosystem by planning, executing and monitoring to-distributors and thru-distributors activities to increase capacity and capabilities of SMB partner ecosystem. -Achieving monthly/quarterly/yearly revenue targets with planned YoY growth.

-Developing sales & marketing plans for Business Groups (Windows, Office, Servers). -Developing effective channel program to encourage genuine software sale. -Managing partners’ relationship and driving partner’ satisfaction. -Working with distributors in co-marketing and forecast management, channel development, workshops organization. -Increasing sales of computers with attached Windows in retail in close collaboration with vendors and distributors.

-Controlling conducted transactions over POS-Terminals in the corresponding systems. -Providing consultations for Banks stuff on questions related to the POS-Terminals and transactions. -Acting the responsibilities of the “Head of POS-Terminal’s maintenance division”, during the time of his absence. -Adapting new projects with follow-up coordination.

-Maintaining of processes of preparation and upload of the profiles into POS-Terminals. -Working with cryptography keys and modules (EMV 3D-secure). -Providing consultations for bank’s stuff on questions related to the POS-Terminals and transactions. -Set up of telecommunication channels between POS-Terminals and Request Processing System.
