Responsible for filling management positions that are challenging to fill in Amazon's logistics centers. Identification and active addressing of up to 100 candidates per week, with a regular response rate between 30-40%.

Promotion to Senior due to a constant goal fulfillment of revenue above 30k, client satisfaction above 70 (net promoter score; NPS) and major placement successes at Academic Work Key Accounts (i.e. a leading tool manufacturer from Luxembourg).

Disciplinary and technical management of a team of 3-4 employees with KPI responsibility for revenue, customer & candidate satisfaction and professional development. Involved in the constant development of the branch as a part of the branch management team. Actively managed change processes as a result of Covid-19. Position terminated due to Covid-19.

Responsibility for the recruiting activities of open vacancies at various customers with a need for software developers, software engineers, IT project managers and similar profiles. Parallel processing of 15-20 open vacancies with an average placement rate of 2-3 per month. Target fulfillment in the first year at 120%. Responsible for recruiting 5 participants per quarter for the Academic Work Academy career changer program. Holding workshops to prepare participants for interviews at clients.
