• Hotel reception administration - checking guests in and out of the hotel and allocating rooms, maintaining records of guests and visitors and other administration • Operate the switchboard and make reservations for accommodation • Cashiering and auditing, such as preparing the accounts • Interacting with hotel guests • Provide reports, as required, for housekeepers and management
