Employee data maintenance in Peoplesoft (HRIS), ASCENT and other manual database including onboarding and Exit Management. Attendance and Leave system (ASCENT) administration for about 950 employees. Third party payroll administration for 950 employees in India as well as employees deputed in other countries like Germany, UK, Sweden, Japan, Australia and France. Annual salary revision working as per appraisal ratings for offshore and onsite employees.

Employee data maintenance in HRIS and other manual database Attendance and Leave system administration for about 900 employees including Unionized Workmen Unionized workmen wages and stipend preparations as per salary structure.
