Lead tactical and strategic procurement and logistic enhancements globally at Össur and implement continuous improvements into the Supply Chain (SC) at each site.

Led selected procurement projects for the Icelandic State such as: 1. Framework-contracts on IT Equipment, office-supplies and furniture. 2. Road-construction tenders for the Ministry of transportation. 3. Large-scale tenders for the Ministry of Education on new College construction (Enlargement of Egilsstadir- & Hamrahlid Colleges).

1. Transformed Grifill from scratch in to the countries third to forth largest retailer in PCs and Laptops. 2. Strategic sourcing of IT-supplies at Griffill led to a significant competitive advantage and to the company‘s position of second to third largest marketplayer. 3. Transformed Penninn into a significant reseller of PC equipment in 2001. 4. Transformed Penninn into the largest reseller of IT-supplies in 2002.
