Operational responsibilities extended to other properties in Germany as well as the development and management of all European projects. Stakeholder in the Rafael Group until its sale to MOHG in 2000.

Day to Day Management of a 532 room Deluxe Hotel. Consistently voted amongst the 5 best Hotels in the world under the management of Regent International Hotels reporting to the Managing Director. Personal major achievement was the restructuring of the building from 602 units to 532 units at a time of 90% avg. occupancy.
