• Developed and presented the 2022 LinkedIn Employer Branding Strategy to the C-Suite, securing new initiatives. • Executed (paid) content strategy that contributed to a 10K follower increase over the course of six months. • Created internal leadership materials on Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion (DEI) and optimized external communication using KPI analysis and market research.
