Project responsibilities at the pre-opening stage of the flagship restaurant in Kyiv: • investor relations and providing consultancy on marketing, tax regulations, company registration procedures and banking services; • carrying out search of the right locations and premises for the restaurant, handling negotiations with estate agents and landlords on property lease terms; • reporting on the issues of restaurant pre-opening

Attraction of corporate customers for banking service, selling of wide range of banking products (cash management services, deposit banking, lending and financing solutions) as well as preparation of credit applications for Credit Committee approval. Maintenance of a portfolio of 35 companies and their projects. Being a member of corporate business team, have bee responsible for credit portfolio (€53mn) maintenance and development.

Evaluation of credit projects based on the principles of lending and credit analysis, credit policy, supporting documentations and cash flow projections in order to elaborate and prove optimum lending schemes and loan restructuring. For the designated period up to 700 credit projects have been checked and appraised, as well as detailed credit opinions have been submitted to Credit Committee under the projects of corporate, small and medium enterprises, private entrepreneurs and physical entities.

Provision of feasibility studies of commercial and residential real estate projects and compliance assessment according to financing criteria, preparation of credit and market analysis, cash flow projections and credit applications of the projects. Maintenance of a lending portfolio ($12mn) with an average monthly $100k interest income. Elaboration of methodology and its business and legal implementation under the deal of Erste Bank Ukraine with EBRD: multi-million real estate financing in Ukraine.

Assessment of business projects of corporate customers of various economy sectors and types of ownership, analysis of their creditability and financial standing, preparation of credit applications to Credit Committee of the Bank to reach a decision to lend funds. Maintenance of a credit portfolio with risk lending having an average monthly $50k interest income.

A start-up in the sphere of tourism. During the first two years of operation I managed direct sales of travel products of outbound tourism (into Greece, Montenegro, Croatia, Hungary, Austria, Germany, Czech Republic, Poland, Romania, Bulgaria and Turkey) and domestic tourism (throughout Ukraine).

Performing of common bank operations with promissory notes (domiciliation, aval, collection, purchase and sale of promissory notes) as wells as maintenance and monitoring of a credit portfolio with risk-free lending of corporate customers with an average monthly $30k interest income, the best finance outcome – an equivalent of $80k monthly. Functions of reporting, accounting and co-ordination with other bank departments, control of debt repayments.
