Head of PM Competences At Johnson Controls, I established the Program Management (PM) Academy for 5,000 employees, developing a comprehensive competence model that defined the behaviors, skills, and experience required to successfully lead projects of varying complexity.

I pioneered and led the first agile transformation for physical product development in Johnson Controls' Product Group Electronics. As an agile coach and trainer, I established the foundation for agile methodologies, implementing Scrum and Kanban in key projects and driving a new way of working across the division.
