What you will move in this role:

• Responsibility for independently performing payroll accounting
• Handling personnel administration from entry to departure (personnel master data, work permits, social securities, references, etc.)
• Administration of HR tools (time management, digital personnel files, e-learning, etc.)
• Liaising with external bodies (offices, authorities, insurance companies, etc.)
• Processing expense and credit card statements
• Collaborating on various HR and finance projects

What skills and experience you should bring:

• Completed commercial training and at least successfully completed further training as a human resources administrator
• Solid experience in payroll accounting
• Knowledge of financial accounting is an advantage
• Structured, independent and team-oriented approach to work
• Very good German skills, good English skills
