My main focus is the recruitment of SAP Consultants and Senior Software Engineers (Java/JavaScript/C#) across Europe. On an HR team level I support the Global HR Director with Learning and Development programmes; training sessions and implementation of best practices; as well as management of our internal ATS system. As I am based in Bulgaria, locally I am responsible for the whole gamut of HR activities.

I recruit for a variety of technical roles for Bulgaria and other EU countries. Some of the technologies I focus on are: Java (Spring), JavaScript (Angular), C# (.NET), Selenium, SAP (EWM, ABAP). On an HR team level I support the Global HR Director with policy drafting and implementation of best practices. As I am based in Bulgaria, locally I am responsible for the whole gamut of HR activities - recruitment, onboarding, admin & legal relations, retention, etc.

My primary assignment is recruitment for WE office in Bulgaria. I recruit for both the Java web development and SAP teams; therefore, some of the positions I search for are: Senior Software Engineer, Senior Java Developer, JavaScript Developer, .NET Developer, SAP EWM Consultant and SAP ABAP Developer. On an administrative level my responsibilities include - full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, admin &legal relations as well as management of the office space in Bulgaria.
