•Lead the HR function and support all entities and employees, circa 420, across the UK, Europe and Asia Pacific (Sweden, Malta, London, Philippines, Romania and Australia). •Provide guidance and leadership across the full HR remit including workforce planning, talent management, learning and development, engagement and retention, reward, employee relations and diversity. - HR Operations for the London office.

Act as a strategic Business Partner to the Executive Team, advising on all HR related matters and contributing to the strategic direction of the business. Work with senior level stakeholders to set the people agenda and provide associated advice/support.

Support the implementation of Oracle R12. Audit, write and implement HR policies, procedures and processes within the HR Department ensuring legal compliance at all times.

• Act as the first point of contact for HR queries across Europe – UK, Switzerland, Spain, Germany, France and Italy – providing HR advice to employees and managers. • Support and advise Hiring Managers on policies, practices and processes. • Overseeing a wide range of ER issues. • Maintain employee records, acting as the main system administrator for the European HR system (Oracle HR).
