As part of the sales team I report directly to the Managing Director, I contribute to develop the Academic plan for Italy, build yearly partnerships with identified customers and engage cross-functional, internal and external resources ( champions, influencers, technical experts, marketing specialists, sales assistants) to secure deal Drive sales performance through disciplined processes [Miller-Heiman’s Strategic Selling] to effectively create and manage opportunities and relationships

As a technical reference for sales and marketing, I am responsible for the generation of contents during the launch of new measurement and control products. I do one-to-one and one-to-many presentations, facing the technical team and salespeople of my organization and customers belonging to R&D and production functions across different industries. I establish formal feedback mechanisms to gather input from the field and tap into the customers's perception of value.

I work as Application Engineer Senior for technical support requests, pre/post sales activities; organize on-site courses for customers training; assist HR division in new hiring activities; follow the training of junior AEs and coordinate activities; define internal procedures for quality assurance (hardware testing for HW Contract Services).
