I recently joined Aperam Business Developemnt for the exciting opportunity to boost our innovation in Automotive Electric Vehicles. Automotive Business, one of our key market, is facing breakthrough challenges with electrification. We need to support our customers with our stainless steel solutions.

Definition & implementation of Trade Defence strategy to limit dumped imports in Europe. Key achievement: Ensure 25% anti-dumping duties against Chinese imports in EU. Main activities: - Market Intelligence with our international commercial network & sourcing team . - Strategic orientation: Assess initiatives - impact, risk & feasibility assessment - Build strong technical & legal complaint - External relations at European, French and Belgium level

Key achievement: Turnaround of the region thanks to a restructuring of the legal entities, a refocus on high-value commercial activities and a reduction of financial exposure that led to safely support the december 2014 rouble crisis and make the new entity sustainable. Main activities: - Management of local team (5 persons). - Set up business objectives and ensure commercial action plan. - Operations management with a focus on risk management (exchange rate exposure, customer credit line)

Commercial development (Turnover 100M€) and operational sales management at European level Key Achievement: Redesign the commercial policy ( pricing and sales channels) and adequate processes to increase stock rotation by 30% and increase the value of the whole activity.
