My duty is to provide accurate and complete consecutive interpretation for Albanian and English speakers, in various industries, including but not limited to Medical, Financial, Law, Insurance, and Police.

I am responsible for handling calls on demand and clearly communicating the meaning of conversations between Albanian and English speakers by rendering correct concepts and meanings between the speakers, and maintaining correct grammar, clarity, and tone between languages. I demonstrate excellent insurance and medical terminology knowledge, excellent cultural understanding, and the ability to clearly explain cultural concepts to avoid miscommunication.

My duty was to annotate training data powering a new feature for an AWS product, for a client in the AI industry.

My duty was to detect and address systematic issues in the inflection of certain words in the Albanian language for the development of an Albanian Morphological Dictionary. Other responsibilities included reviewing inflected lemmas, marking any incorrect forms, identifying possible patterns of errors, reviewing, and correcting inflectional paradigms.

I was responsible to render accurate and complete meaning between the English and Albanian speakers in the consecutive mode of interpretation for various industries including, but not limited to Medical, Insurance, Finance, Police, and Law. I demonstrated accuracy, excellent note-taking skills, objectivity, emotional composure, and an ability to handle difficult situations.

I was the first point of contact for both current and prospective Smile merchants, handling up to 2-3 concurrent chats at any given time. I consistently guided tenured merchants through configuration, answered general questions about Smile, provided how-to guidance, and resolved minor issues.
