Develop digital marketing strategies, and coordinate plans to exploit the full market potential for both Yamaha Music and Yamaha Motorcycle Bangladesh. Overseen advertising and media agencies to ensure all digital communications support brand objectives. Worked closely with other departments in cross-functional teams to support the business and brand objectives.

Worked on digital activities of The World Bank, GIZ GmbH (Campaigns and Projects), ACI Consumer Brands, British Council Bangladesh, Unilever, HMD Global, Asian University for Women (AUW), New Zealand Dairy Products, Perfetti Van Melle, and RFL Plastic Furniture. Learned how to combine data & creativity to increase brand awareness, actionable recommendations to brand managers for increasing brand equity, etc.

• Managing community management activities for different brands’ social media pages • Enhance customer experience & satisfaction through timely response to customers' inquiry. • Understanding client brief and following up with in house creative team under the supervision of account managers. • Communicating with third-party vendors for production planning. • Providing strategic planning support to account manager for brand pitch and tender submission. • Assisting account manager with documentation etc.

• Collaborate with team to complete stocking, merchandising database and upkeep. • Liaise with customers, recommending specific products and specials in alignment with individual needs, requirements and specifications. • Follow the latest market trends to provide seasonal buying suggestions. • Contacted customers as soon as issues arose to immediately find a resolution before the problems escalated. • Train and serve as a peer coach for newcomers.
