I was responsible for supporting the team by taking responsiblity on various topics around our business case, stakeholder management and go-to-market strategies. I also coordinated projects between the product, service, and project management teams as well as with organizations outside of Daimler Mobility Services.

I worked in Germany for 1 year and Ireland for 2 months and was responsible for 3 stores in Leipzig, Germany, and 3 in Dublin, Ireland. While there, I coached Store Managers to improve write-off percentages and inventory-take discrepancies through implementing strategic weekly set-up and maintenance plans for the Non-food Department and new items. I was also responsible to plan monthly personnel and sales budgets based on actual sales and trends

Analyzed financials to calculate personnel and sales budgets on a monthly and weekly basis for all departments of a $100 m volume flagship store // Improved and influenced gross profit margins by creating monthly layouts for 250 items that highlight new items while planning for slower-moving items to sell- through // Controlled $4 millions of inventory for the Women's department, as well as $1.4 millions of inventory for a mid-size mall store outside of NYC
