As part of an effort to concentrate more on the impact of youth in human development, my postion aims to collect good practices of youth volunteering practice and to give support to groups if possible.

Supported GIZ in its cooperation with Red de Municipales y Urbanas de Piura (REMURPI) - a network of urban and rural communities in the region of Piura - in the collection and evaluation of local government projects in the region.

 Contributed to the implementation of a water project in a village in northern Peru  Acted as focal point for the communication between donors, implementing partner NGO and beneficiaries  Drafted regular reports and creatively contributed to the project's design

Media Monitoring

· Contributed to the daily work in the Delegation in the form of reporting · Attended and reported in meetings of the Green Group and several Committees including the Committee for Foreign Affairs (AFET), the Committee for Civil Justice and Home Affairs (LIBE), Committee for Animal Protection and Employment and Social Affairs · Wrote an extensive paper on the environmental policy of the EU in the South Asian Region

Contributed to the political reporting of the Political and Press Section in several meetings with the Indonesian Press, Government, Parliament and other European Embassies · Wrote several reports on Indonesian issues including: energy policy, corruption, deradicalisation, terrorism, inter-religious dialogue and minority rights · Participated in the first Asia and Europe Summit (ASEM) for Governors and Mayors and accompanied a delegation of Noble Peace Laureate Martti Ahtissari to the province of Aceh

· Participated in several seminars dealing with the bank's micro credit scheme and sisters, including pro poor schemes in the field of renewable energy, cattle and fish farming and child malnutrition. · Participated in several field trips to remote areas in rural Bangladesh

Contributed to reporting in the field of climate induced migration, refugees, internally displaced persons (IDPs) and stateless persons in the region · Wrote reports on the Rohingya refugee situation in Bangladesh and visited camps on the Myanmar border
