Conducting import operations of raw materials which using in drug production. Elaborated road transportation operation and reviewed, monitored import performance KPI with Supply Chain Manager, closely working with SC manager in SC optimization projects. Developed KPI’s for import process, monitor and develop supplier performance to ensure long-term service quality and stability. Performed cost analyses and saving reports monthly.

Managing all of the import process of petroleum and all of the goods that are exclusive of fuel oil. Monitoring 3PL performance, stocks, IDOC's and POD's, E-rooter transactions and highlighted areas of under performance to relevant parties. Supporting implementation of projects beside daily routine tasks, in order to ensure continuous improvement in operations and facilitate generation of value through integrated business decisions.

Management of Planning and Logistics processes for all models of Volkswagen Passenger Cars, released in Turkey. Ordering VW vehicles according to quotas and sales forecasts and Planning & Organizing all shipments, and their volume and delivery timings. Act as a liaison between Doğuş Otomotiv and VW AG. Managing internal & dealer communications for all supply chain process also ordering, delivery, change points and technical issues about the products.
