Coordinated appraisals on Real Estate sales and home equity lines with clients and appraisers. Was the go-between for the account to approve costs, maintain data records, format appraisal reports, and communicate appointments and data to applicants.

Worked in various positions within PNC including Data Entry, Lockbox encoder, and ACH transfers. Was responsible for data entry into database with accurate control totals for each payroll processing account. Dealt with clients on a daily basis. Balance spread sheets and account payable/receivable totals.
