Managing a business unit which specializes in Vision applications.

As the Managing Director, I´m responsible for the day to day operations, managing the major accounts and helping organisations in reaching higher efficiencies in any field from supply chain, over manufacturing into sales and marketing. We offer services in a "no gain, no pain" format. We conduct a company diagnostic, than provide the client with our findings of where the biggest gains are to be found, and agree on targets. Together we work towards these and are payed according the results.
