In charge of overall logistic activities (order management, material flow, MRO purchasing, customer support) ; experienced in project management and cost analysis. Strongly involved in digitization and associated transformation.

Reorganisation of logistics activities (material flow and order management) to adapt and prepare strong growth period (average 7% per year). Deployment of logistics activities in a new manufacturing building (7000m²). Definition of strategic roadmap for 10 next years and deployment process with 3 pilars (operation, engineering, project). Lead of change process to build common mindset in new logistics organisation. Deeply invloved in digitization networks for production, product development and culture.

Management of overall logistics activities for 4 plants in France and Germany. In charge of planification, material supply, and material flow for manufacturing plants in France. Responsible for Local warehouse dedicated to Daimler Truck in Germany (35 employees) for Just in Time, Just in sequence deliveries. Development of local process organisation to get specific ISO TS 16949 certification for german location.

Focused on performance development (delivery, inventory, productivity). Back to top performance supplier (automotive industry) after escalation process for all customers within 5 years

In charge of cost calculation for manufacturing during aquisation phase. Strongly involved in cost management and cost structure definition as well as product protfolio development and associated material. First management position.
