The aim of this role is to enable brands to make data-driven decisions around hiring. As a global recruitment agency we use our wide ranging knowledge and access to complex market data to help companies unblock their talent pipelines. My role is to avoid the traditional transactional approach that agencies offer by focusing on the "added value" we can bring our clients, beyond and including sourcing candidates.
