• Monitors overall operation of the studio, events, marketing efforts. • Recruits, hires and develops all studio team members (7 staff). • Selects, develops and rosters teachers for all class styles (20 teachers). • Evaluates and adjusts the teaching schedule to ensure continuous growth of the student community. • Identifies and coordinates international and local teacher trainings, workshops and retreats to ensure financial viability, marketing plans and execution as well as end-to-end logistics.

• Teaches advanced teacher trainings and workshops for up to 20 yoga teachers and practitioners. • Teaches various Yoga styles in classes of up to 30 people.

• Identified, conceptualized and oversaw international and local trainings to ensure generation of income and success • Developed and registered the local 200-hour teacher training program as well as workshops. • Determined and implemented marketing strategies for and ensured financial viability of both local and international faculty trainings • Selected and ensured development of the Training Coordinator and Marketing Communications Manager

• Taught Hatha and Vinyasa flow levels 1,2 and 3, Prenatal Yoga, Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga and Therapeutic Yoga to classes of up to 60 people

• Birth of two daughters, Mia (December 2005) and Sophie (July 2010) • Active volunteer at CARA Philippines (March 2011 – December 2012) • Supported and facilitated 6 relocations for the husband’s career as General Manager for Hyatt International - Cebu (Philippines), Johor Bahru (Malaysia), Macau (China), Manila (Philippines), Hong Kong, Beijing (P.R.China).

• Involved in pre – opening and opening, hiring, recruitment and training of the entire Front Office Team. • In charge of setting up, opening and supervising daily operations of the Executive Lounge and Executive Floors with 25 staff consistent of Guest Relations Officers and Butlers.

• Supervised a team of six (6) Front Desk Associates, ensuring seamless daily operation of services.
