Enforce to operate, maintain, control, improve and develop the manufacturing processes globally ensuring the required standards in terms of safety, environmental care, quality and cost. Leading and developing a big team of over 60 engineers distributed worldwide in more than 80 sites.

Leading the end-to-end product and process development, creating and delivering customer-focus solution. Function transformation by integrating a cross functional organization (>50 people). Promote, establish and manage proper external collaborations.

Technical responsible for manufacturing process Standardization, Process Safety (What if, HAZOP’s, HAZID’s, FMEA), Continuous Improvement, development and execution of maintenance engineering for existing chemical plants (SEVESO). Technology development, process design, construction, commissioning and start-up of new plants. Mentoring and couching of internship holders and young engineers.

Analysis of operating lines efficiency. Budget responsible of technical projects, including execution and results verification.
