Joined Fleury Group in August 2000, and is currently the vice-chair of the board of directors of the company, where he also coordinated the Strategy Committee from 2017 to 2023. Also, is a member of the Investment Committee of Fleury’s CVC. Since November, 2021, he is an independent board member at Agência Bori.

Hire and be responsible for a team of about 30 IT PM with three main objectives: 1. Career development, motivation, conflict resolution 2. Integration with business counterparts aiming delivery of IT projects with the highest standards in quality, costs and time 3. Continuously rethink processes and behaviors and through innovation and lean principles ensure business alliances, thus adding more value to stakeholders 4. Keep activities on track with the board of directors to create value to the shareholders

Aims: . IT processes identification, mapping and documentation . Ensure connection with business strategies so as to warrant adequate use of IT resurces . Define relationship models with IT suppliers, clients and other stakeholders . Investments / budgeting planning . Service level agreement (SLA) specification

- Strategic leadership in molecular diagnostics, anticipating trends in technologies, processes, and in the health market; - New methods development and troubleshooting activities; - Personalized medicine; - Close relationship with physicians and patients through "medical consultancy" program at Fleury.
