Holger Frohlich, a native of Germany, with US citizenship, was educated in Jena Thueringen, Berlin and Nuremberg. His apprenticeship took place in first class establishments in Europe, whereupon he graduated from the Culinary School in Nuremberg with a “Master Chef” Degree. Holger has worked in senior management positions on unit, regional and corporate levels in Europe, North America, and the Caribbean in the hospitality and the cruise line industries.
