Retraced enables fashion and textile companies to digitize and trace their supply chains, ensuring compliance with legal and voluntary sustainability standards through an end-to-end platform. My responsibilities include: • Leading the development and implementation of culture-focused HR activities, projects and processes to ensure a united and excellent workplace. • Managing the employee life-cycle from talent acquistion and onboarding to development and offboarding with a focus on cultural alignment.

Kayzen's SaaS solution levels the playing field by giving advertisers ultimate control over the media buying process with a fair pricing model, empowering clients with technology, data, tools and best practices to grow smarter. My tasks are the following: • Shaping and development of the global company culture for team members working remotely and from one of Kayzen's two offices. • Ownership of full-cycle employee experience in the company.

Bleeker (later acquired by True Advance) put underrepresented talent in the driver's seat of their careers, helping companies create better places to work, and produce meaningful social impact solutions. Within this role, my main tasks were the following: • Advised decision-makers on complex and confidential matters ranging from performance management to employee relations issues. • Created the company's onboarding process, managed and coordinated with team leaders to support onboarding.
