Managed a six-person content management department responsible for sourcing product data from suppliers/partners and cataloging items which lacked SKU (stock-keeping unit)-specific data, import and customs data for all products sold by SMFG, fully processing product data acquired from suppliers/partners and publishing products and sales campaigns on 10+ SMFG websites, supporting 10 country offices with campaign-related topics on a daily basis

Product data management (BIS and ERP). Introduced automatic product transfer from our BIS which dramatically reduced our product processing time. Published and maintained all our sales campaigns. Responsible for handling the complete reclamation process from first costumer contact to completing the claim. Optimized the claims process with the introduction of claim forms made available for our customers at all points where costumer interaction was possible (website, warehouse, call center agents )
