P&L responsibility for group business unit of genuine/spare parts to third parties ("Independent Aftermarket", over-the-counter/wholesales business, "NORA") with EUR 5 bn turnover across VW group (e.g., VW, Audi, Seat/Cupra, Škoda)

Responsible for global automotive sector (e.g., OEMs, suppliers, VW group participations with VW group shares less or equal 50%, service providers) outside VW group (external turnover) and for all „sustainability“ topics at Porsche Consulting with dedicated Partner department. Rated by „Brand Eins“ as best strategy consultancy firm within automotive industry in years 2019, 2020, as well as 2021.

Responsible for "Organization Brose Group" (e.g., Digital Transformation, Lean Management (Process Management), Organizational Management, Project Portfolio Management), reporting to the CEO.

Responsible for "Sustainability", "Real Estate Management" (several EUR bn real estates), "Continuous Improvement" (global performance activities) or "Project Portfolio Management" (all relevant global projects). Member of several boards, e.g., HCC Board (body for the Heads of the HELLA-Group corporate functions on parent company level and the heads of regional Hella Corporate Centers), Business Process Management Board, or Corporate Project Approval Board.
