• Managed and coordinated all aspects of the new business unit from start-up status, through competitor analysis, pricing strategy, costs/margins calculations and import setup to delivery logistics. • Pitched and sold products to 5* hotels, such as Shangri-la and The Puli; to prestigious French cooking school Cordon Bleu; and to Michelin-starred restaurants, such as Ultraviolet by Paul Pairet (Asia’s No.8 Best Restaurant 2017) and L’Atelier de Joel Robuchon, among +100 other fine dinning establishments.

•Established the group’s 1st Asian office, controlled P&L, managed all operations. •Developed business of Mainland, Hong Kong, Taiwan from scratch into +$5M purchases and $5M B2B sales annually. •Researched, selected and managed +100 suppliers and negotiated the purchase of +60 SKUs for Iberconsa’s own chain (Hiperxel) and other clients in EU, North Africa and Caribe, including a major program for LIDL. •Managed suppliers’ homologation to IFS Broker’s quality certification. •Recruited and trained staff.

•Worked in the redesign of a €80 million turnover service for Correos de España, the Spanish postal incumbent operator. •Regularly conducted market research and business development activities at all levels in the consumer and industrial goods, distribution, media, tourism and transportation industries. •Developed and coordinated with the IE Business School a study on pricing management in Spain. •Participated in the preparation of a European soccer tickets pricing study, which featured in leading media.

•Controlled P&L, cash flows and performance through budget reports, revenue forecasts and other financial reports, and monthly presented them to the management teams. •Collaborated in the financial and feasibility evaluation of projects, among others, a €36 million turnover private estate successfully developed. •Helped to reduce financial expenses by about 10% a year and revealed more than €50 thousand from incorrect bank settlements. •Valued one of the firms as part of a management buy-out transaction.

• Performed all kinds of administrative tasks such as managing documentation, preparing invoices, controlling the records, settling taxes and bookkeeping. • Managed communication, settlement of issues and support of private clients and developers, and dealt with the Professional Association of Architects and other public bodies.
